Why do you need Electrosmog Protection?

You need to protect yourself from electrosmog because a growing amount of research is shedding light on the potential health effects of electrosmog. There is scientific evidence that chronic exposure to electromagnetic radiation can cause a host of health issues, often gradually getting worse.

What is Electrosmog?

Electrosmog refers to the electromagnetic field radiation that is created by anything that carries, produces, or uses electricity.  Sources of electrosmog include battery-operated devices, wireless devices, radar, cellular phones, WiFi routers, smart meters, Bluetooth devices, cell network towers, and satellite communication systems.

Electrosmog is difficult to avoid because of its omnipresent nature; it’s basically everywhere, all the time.

If you are interested in protecting yourself from electrosmog, read below to learn more about what this is and how it can affect your health.

First: Electrosmog has known cellular effects that are not beneficial for your health.

In 2012 (updated 2014-2020), 29 scientists and physicians reviewed 1800 articles that specifically researched the bioeffects of electrosmog, (in the form of EMF radiation) on living organisms.

The BioInitiative 2012 Report states, “Numerous studies show health impacts of EMFs across the spectrum, including RF/MW from mobile phones and base stations, power lines, TVs and radio transmitters.1

Research has linked electrosmog to many negative health problems, including:

Studies report abnormal gene transcription, double-strand DNA damage, loss of DNA repair capacity to human stem cells, neurotoxicity, cancer in humans, sperm damage in humans and animals, and brain and cranial bone development issues of animals who were exposed to cellphones during pregnancy. (2)

cell damage from cell phone emf radiationSpecific studies report:

  • Damage to cells, tissues, and DNA.
  • Neurological effects especially for children.
  • Disruption of normal body functions.
  • Impairment of reproduction systems.
  • Cancerous tumors are also a potential health risk from electrosmog exposure.

Second: Electrogsmog is invisible but it’s not harmless

You can’t see electrosmog, but that doesn’t mean it isn’t having an effect on your health. Just because you don’t have an immediate response to being in the presence of electrosmog generating devices doesn’t mean you’re not being harmed. In fact, long-term exposure to electrosmog can lead to a variety of negative health effects, as listed above.

Electrosmog has been associated with head and neck pain, tinnitus (ringing in the ears), vertigo, anxiety/panic attacks, insomnia, fatigue, loss of memory and concentration.

Third: Electrosensitivity from Electrosmog is a Real Disease – It Now Classified as Medical Diagnosis in the ICD code manual

In 2018, after receiving pressure from researchers, physicians, and health groups, in a major breakthrough for citizens around the world, WHO created a new ICD (International Classification of Disease) code for Electromagnetic Hypersensitivity.3 The ICD code manual classifies and numbers all medical conditions that are considered legitimate and reimbursable when treated. This classification offered hope to electrosmog sufferers worldwide. Now, they could go to their physician and ask for treatment, pointing to the new regulation.

Electromagnetic hypersensitivity (EHS) is a condition that has been identified by physicians around the world as a real and legitimate medical diagnosis. Symptoms of EHS include headaches, nausea, dizziness, heart palpitations, and a general feeling of illness.

If you are experiencing any of these symptoms, it is important to see your physician and ask for a diagnosis of EHS. There is now hope that you can get the treatment you need to improve your quality of life.

How To Protect Yourself from Electrosmog

There are several ways that you can protect yourself from the harmful effects of electrosmog:

  1. Marcia wearing bioelectric shield upgradedTo get Full-body protection from Electrosmog, wear a protective electropollution Shield, such as the BioElectric Shield.
The BioElectric Shield has been protecting people from all forms of EMF since 1990. We have different levels so you can choose the level that best fits your overall EMF exposure and personal energy protection needs.
Take one of our Quizzes for a Recommendation followed up with additional information and tips.
  2. Electrosmog Protection Spray for your Electronics: Electrosmog comes from your WiFi router, modem, and related electronics such as laptops, notebooks, PCs, TV screens, and electronic equipment like a home theater– apply an anti-electropollution spray to all of these devices to reduce electropollution radiation by 99%+
  3. Electrosmog Protective Pad or Blanket:   If you are using a laptop on your lap, put an anti-radiation pad or blanket under the device to keep the radiation from entering your pelvis.
  4. Electrosmog Protection While You Sleep.
turn wifi off at night with an electric timerRemove all electronics from the bedroom and put your WiFi on an electronic Timer so it is programmed to turn off when you typically go to bed.
Why is this so important? “Rest and Recovery” occur while you sleep. If your immune system is occupied with protecting you from electrosmog, it can not also rest your body adequately as well as repair any issues your body is dealing with. Eliminating electrosmog from the bedroom is an extremely important step in helping your body stay healthy!
  5.  Electrosmog Protection for Your Cellphone: When using a cellphone, do not hold it up to your head. If you are going to use a speakerphone, make the call, and then place the phone back in an anti-radiation, electrosmog protective case, such as the SYB Phone Case. If you need privacy, anti-radiation, electrosmog protecting earbuds are an optional accessory with this case. If you have earbuds you love already, there is an adapter you attach to your current earbuds to cancel the electrosmog while you speak.
  6. room wifi radiation protectionAdditional Electrosmog Protection While You Sleep.
Place an anti-radiation, anti-electrosmog Room Shield in your bedroom. Your neighbors may have their WiFi on, and this Shield will greatly reduce the electropollution in your bedroom at night, including that coming from Smart Meters, cell towers, and 5G networks in the area.
  7.  Reduce Electrosmog by Turning Off LED lights when you are not using them. LED lights are one of the largest sources of electrosmog in your home.
  8. Eliminate One Major Source of Electrosmog. Use Ethernet instead of WiFi: If you are extremely sensitive to electropollution, use an Ethernet connection to your computer that will connect you directly to the internet with a cable rather than WiFi at home or work. If this is not possible, in addition to wearing a full-body protection Shield, you can also add more protection by adding Electrosmog Protection Room Shield in your workplace to reduce electropollution coming from the computer and other electronics.
  9. emf protection for autoReduce electrosmog in your car, by hanging an Electrosmog Auto Shield snuggly attached to your rear-view mirror. This reduces the emf-radiation electropollution from the car blue-tooth, and your phone (if it’s not in the SYB case)

Electrosmog Protection: Final Steps

There are many ways that you can protect yourself from the harmful effects of electrosmog. The most important thing is to be aware of the dangers and take steps to reduce your exposure. By following these simple tips, you can enjoy a better quality of life and protect yourself from the harmful effects of electrosmog.

If you would like to know if you have issues with electropollution, you can take an EMF Exposure Quiz. You will receive a personalized recommendation for protection from electropollution.

If you are an empath or highly sensitive person or feel you may be sensitive to other people’s energy and moods, there is the HSP-Empath quiz that will help you determine how best to protect your energy. This is followed up by in-depth information on areas of sensitivity and tips to create more ease in your life.
