Most people realize that radiation in large doses is a huge hazard — it’s a pretty universal fact. But what many people don’t realize is that we are being exposed daily to another form of radiation, and the amount of time we spend around this radiation is just as hazardous.
Electromagnetic Field (EMF) radiation is what leaks from the technology we use. This doesn’t just mean wireless connections like laptops, routers, and cell phones either. It includes televisions, regular phones and computers, microwaves — if it’s digital technology it is likely leaking some kind of radiation. The scary part is, just a few minutes of using a cell or cordless phone has bioeffects. Combine that fact with the realization that many of us spend our entire day around technology and you have a scary equation. It seems we can’t get away. Even if we aren’t using a laptop or cell phone, someone around us probably is.
The fact is, even though many people keep their phones about an inch away from their face, scientists don’t believe this is enough. In addition, since 2008 there has been a 30% uptick in brain tumors of “unknown causes” in patients, though it isn’t reflected in the national cancer registry. It is incredibly important to invest in EMF protection, and one of the great ways to do that is with EMF shielding.
EMF shielding is technology such as a laptop radiation blocker or some other type of EMF blocker. This contains the EMF radiation, preventing it from causing damaging effects to your body. Radiation in large amounts is not something to be messed with, so we certainly shouldn’t be exposing ourselves in small doses.
Are you interested in investing in EMF shielding? Why or why not? We’d love your input on this scary topic.
