Exposure to EMF has produced physiological stress in cells after just 1.5 years, and even short-term EMF exposure can cause headaches, irritation, and concentration difficulties in school.
If you haven’t learned about microwave shielding and other methods of EMF protection, here’s a quick guide to some of the biggest sources of EMF.
Electric Fields – EMF safety comes down to awareness. We can’t inspect ways to block EMF without first knowing where it can come from. Electric fields are found surrounding any device that is powered by electricity. This can be extension cords, surge protectors, electrical outlets, any kind of electrical wiring, etc. These fields are known to interact with the brain’s natural electric chemistry, causing cell mutations, cognitive interference, and more.
Magnetic Fields – Another source of EMF is the magnetic field around devices that use a motor, like your refrigerator, home power meter, and electric clock radios. Having an EMF shield between you and these devices will help to keep you safe from the harmful effects. Make sure that your bedroom is not directly along the wall of the house where the power meter is. This can help offer you extra microwave shielding.
Wireless Technology – Wireless technology such as cell phones, wireless routers, and cell towers emit EMF that can cause long-term damage. Make sure that you limit your cell phone use, and never sleep with your cell phone in the same room as you. Ideally, it should be at least three rooms away, and you should be using speakerphone as often as possible.
Now that you know some of the major sources of EMF, you can better protect yourself from the constant bombardment of EMF exposure. Prevention and protection are key.
