How do you “Do” the Holidays?

Do you thrive on all the activities of the holidays? Do all those lists, shopping, plans, cooking and so on and on leave, you feeling energized or exhausted? If you answered yes, you can quit reading now.

However, if like many of us, you find the Holidays a mixed-bag and often end up feeling exhausted, drained, frustrated or sad, then keep reading.

There is certainly not a one-size-fits-all answer to how do “do” the Holidays. But this is a good time to take a careful assessment of which activities you enjoy, and which you do only because you “should”.

Just a few minutes setting priorities may make all the difference.

Take a few minutes not to set some priorities and things may go a little smoother allowing you to breeze through December with a smile on your face.
