Does this sound like you? You’re doing all the right things…eating well (fresh, non-GMO, etc), exercising, meditating, following doctor’s advice, etc and yet you feel strangely off-balance and unsettled, easily irritated, exhausted, at times even feeling like it’s all too much to handle.
Does it seem like you are inundated by too much noise, too much input, too much emotion, too much energy, too many moving parts (things to keep track of), too much talking, too much overthinking, too much fear and hype? If so, you may be a highly sensitive person.
Not all Highly Sensitive Persons are affected by the same things
A whopping 52% of those who took our HSP quiz reported that they have hard to explain or mysterious symptoms. If you have mysterious symptoms, they may be related to exposure to energies that are very abrasive to you. Have you ever had mysterious symptoms, physical or emotional issues that you just couldn’t seem to explain….and sadly, your health professional couldn’t either?
This is a surprisingly common experience among people who took our HSP/Empath Quiz.
Are there people you simply avoid? Do you attempt to get your shopping down quickly just to get away from the store? Both these situations can be considered abrasive, yet they can be from TWO DIFFERENT CAUSES! Other people’s energy can be so vibrationally different from yours that it’s really uncomfortable for you to be around that person. The EMF radiation from WiFi, cell phones, computers, tablets, etc. is also an abrasive and draining energy for many HSP’s.
Constant exposure to WiFi radiation and the ever-increasing electromagnetic fields shown to unleash retroviruses and is a contributing factor in MANY neurological conditions – Lyme, ADD, Autism, Leaky Gut, Chronic Fatigue – and more….
In a stunning new 11-minute video, Dietrich Klinghardt, MD, shares the latest research of the causes of several common diseases. There are chronic neurological diseases that seem to be proliferating in our society today. In children, you see ADD/ADHD, autism, learning and behavioral problems. In adults, it’s ALS, Lyme, Chronic Fatigue, Alzheimer’s, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson’s, Autism, Epstein-Barr, Fibromyalgia, food allergies and leaky gut. Continue reading →
Our very own Virginia Bonta Brown and AnnaMariah are interviewed and share tips.
Virginia talks about the effects of EMF radiation and what steps you can take to protect yourself. As a pediatric occupational therapist, Virginia saw firsthand some of the effects energy had on children and has made it her mission to help protect both children and adults, so they can be empowered to be at their best. Did you know exposure holding a cell phone to your head for only 5-minutes will decrease a child’s attention span for up to 3 hours?
As our technology increases with the roll-out of even more smart meters and 5G networks, taking care of yourself is increasingly important.
AnnaMariah is an Empath. She designed our HSP Quiz to help Highly Sensitive People and empaths learn their areas of sensitivity and how they can be more at home in a chaotic world. She shares her story and talks about what it means to be an HSP or empath and how you can navigate more easily through our world.
Listen and find out what you can do and why protection is so necessary.
Virginia speaks with KB and Ray of on the Wake Up Radio Show for the first 40 minutes or so, then AnnaMariah is on until the end.
Going back to school brings excitement as well as anxiety for most children and even more so if they have various sensory needs. The following tips apply to all children and can help you and your children ease back into school
If your child fits into one of these groups, coping skills are even more important: ADD/ADHD, HSP (highly sensitive kids) and kids with SPD, sa href=”/blog/help-for-spd-sensory-processing-disorder/” target=”_blank”>sensory processing disorders, these 5 tips apply to ALL these groups and may be of help to all kids. EMF is making changes inside your body and your DNA – even if you don’t feel a thing!
Your cells and DNA are constantly being bombarded by frequencies that run the gamut from low-level frequencies to microwaves. Yep, you read correctly, microwaves. Did you know that WiFi signals are actually microwaves? Electrical frequencies come from anything that plugs in or has a battery – including wiring, appliances, smartphones, laptops, tablets, computers, equipment, cell towers, power lines, even your baby monitor.
Have you ever wondered what all that electromagnetic radiation is really doing to your body?
What happens to your body that could cause you to suddenly find it intolerable to be around EMF, WiFi and other technologies?
WiFi Routers: Convenient or Deadly?
What You Need to Know
Wifi routers are getting stronger. Last May a small group of 60 concerned audience members gathered to hear Camilla Rees, founder of Electromagnetichealth.org, discuss the implications of new, more powerful routers. Who is affected? Anyone who allows the new 5GHz to be used in their homes, businesses, libraries, all public buildings, and local schools. Continue reading →
Electromagnetic Frequencies are damaging us more than we might’ve thought. Because technology is used at significantly higher rates than ever before, no matter where you might go, you and your children are at risk of being affected by EMF fields 24/7. Microwaves, phones, vehicles, stereos, computers, and other electronic devices could all present EMF dangers, causing dangerous bioeffects in your body, especially dangerous for children and seniors. Sensory Processing Disorder – Is Your Child Ultra-sensitive?
“This light is too bright! I hate how that shirt feels! I can’t eat that; it feels weird!” This is what life is like for a child with Sensory Processing Disorder.
Do you have a child in your home, or your kids home, who never seems to be comfortable with much of anything? They want to eat the same food all the time, wear the same comfy clothes, and not do well with change. At some point, you asked, “what is wrong with this child”?
While it’s true that correlation does not necessarily determine causation, it can be a good indication of a contributing factor. The world is filled with more technology, radio towers, and electronic devices today than ever before. The rates of disorders such as autism have never been higher either. Whether you want to believe these things are coincidental or not is up to you, but denying the facts can be a dangerous game. Continue reading →
