Does this sound like you? You’re doing all the right things…eating well (fresh, non-GMO, etc), exercising, meditating, following doctor’s advice, etc and yet you feel strangely off-balance and unsettled, easily irritated, exhausted, at times even feeling like it’s all too much to handle.
Does it seem like you are inundated by too much noise, too much input, too much emotion, too much energy, too many moving parts (things to keep track of), too much talking, too much overthinking, too much fear and hype? If so, you may be a highly sensitive person.
Not all Highly Sensitive Persons are affected by the same things
A whopping 52% of those who took our HSP quiz reported that they have hard to explain or mysterious symptoms. If you have mysterious symptoms, they may be related to exposure to energies that are very abrasive to you. Have you ever had mysterious symptoms, physical or emotional issues that you just couldn’t seem to explain….and sadly, your health professional couldn’t either?
This is a surprisingly common experience among people who took our HSP/Empath Quiz.
Are there people you simply avoid? Do you attempt to get your shopping down quickly just to get away from the store? Both these situations can be considered abrasive, yet they can be from TWO DIFFERENT CAUSES! Other people’s energy can be so vibrationally different from yours that it’s really uncomfortable for you to be around that person. The EMF radiation from WiFi, cell phones, computers, tablets, etc. is also an abrasive and draining energy for many HSP’s.
Becoming Sensitive to EMF? 22 Tips for Reducing EMF in your Home and Office
Electrosensitivity (ES or EHS) usually happens gradually.
Most ES’s start as healthy working citizens and through chronic and acute exposures to electric radiation, they became electrically sensitive with little warning. Their message: it could be you next. Once you become sensitive, it’s tough to find a place to live or work without feeling terrible.
Symptoms include headaches, burning sensations, tingling, debilitating (severe) “brain fog, heart arrhythmia’s, migraines, severe depression, chronic insomnia) to even life-threatening and seizures, heart attacks).
I, AnnaMariah, was at a talk recently and the speaker was Oregon Congressman, Greg Walden, who is chairman of the Energy and Commerce Committee’s Subcommittee on Communications and Technology. In this role, he worked to pass legislation to grow American jobs by expanding access to wireless broadband – i.e. 5g networks. He was a dynamic speaker who sincerely seems to believe that rolling out 5g networks nationwide is a positive thing.
With great feeling, he discussed the sad case of tens of thousands of people in rural areas without access to cell reception or the internet. I could feel those around me agreeing that everyone needs and deserves access to high-speed internet and that anything else is unimaginable.
If you’re an HSP (highly sensitive person) or empath you are at greater risk of adrenal fatigue, insomnia and exhaustion. Although this happens to many people at different times, it seems to be a state of chronic fatigue for many HSPs and empaths.
You may be eating right, exercising, taking your vitamins and healthy supplements and doing everything you can to be healthy….and yet, you feel run down, stressed and completely exhausted. You may even wake up tired. Aren’t you supposed to feel good when you work this hard to be healthy?
Let’s talk about what you CAN do today to make your life better, healthier and more positive without giving up anything! To every problem, there’s ALWAYS a solution – sometimes a simple one, sometimes more complex. Sometimes the solution to one problem actually solves another one along the way…let’s look at the best solution we know of, the BioElectric Shield is an EMF Protection Pendant that can give you full-body protection and balancing. Have you been trying to warn your loved ones that they need to take steps to reduce their EMF and WiFi bombardment and meeting a brick wall of indifference or even complete disbelief?
It’s frustrating to know something to be an issue and find almost everyone around you indifferent or, even worse, absolutely skeptical to the point they think you’re a crackpot. We know because we’ve been running into this same issue for nearly 30 years.
We developed the BioElectric Shield back in 1990 to combat the health and focus issues for people working at that time primarily in the computer industry. The need for the Shield has grown exponentially as personal computers, laptops, tablets, WiFi, cell phones, portable phones and now smart meters and 5G networks have increased to proportions that we couldn’t have even imagined back then.
What was previously an issue for only “computer nerds” is now affecting almost everyone and yet most people don’t have a clue and seem to not want to know.
Electromagnetic sensitivity sounds pretty futuristic, but the phenomenon is very much present in today’s world. Although there’s plenty of information and resources already out there for people to learn the answers to these question in more detail, a recent piece from the largest online community empowering people to lead a healthy and green lifestyle, Care2.com, recently summed the condition up pretty well.
Basically, electromagnetic sensitivity is a condition in which a person is adversely affected by exposure from electromagnetic fields (EMF). The condition is characterized by a variety of different ailments and symptoms and has been identified by the World Health Organization (WHO) as an increasingly problematic issue. Continue reading →
What do Foxes and Electromagnetic Hypersensitivity Have in Common?
What Foxes Can Tell us about Electromagnetic Fields
Imagine acres of frozen white, and suddenly a fox diving headlong into a blanket of snow. Hidden under the 3 feet of snow, a field mouse snuggles warm and cozy, safe and protected. Unless the fox is diving using the magnetic compass that all animals use for navigation. It turns out that the red fox is most successful in hunting when using the earth’s magnetic field. Researchers recorded 592 jumps, and found that when the fox used the North-South axis, jumping from the north, they were successful in 3 out6 of 4 jumps! When they pointed in any other direction, they came up with no mouse in their mouth more than 80% of the time.
