BioElectric Shield - Our Guarantee and Workmanship Warranty

  • We will repair or replace a Shield within the first year if there is an issue with the workmanship. This means if there is an issue with a tab or side seam we will repair your Shield for free or replace it with a new one.
  • Most workmanship issues should be immediately visible when you receive your Shield. (this happens very rarely, but we're not perfect yet) If you receive a Shield that has a scratch or fire scale (shows up usually at seams as something dark) or other quality problems we will replace it. This type of issue needs to be reported on receipt.
  • We do not warranty the Shield if it has been damaged by the use of force or accident. We will repair it if it can be repaired and returned to 100% power, but you will be responsible for the cost. Examples include a Shield with dents, teeth marks, been run over, or issues with bent tabs that were pulled off through extreme force or any other damage caused by situations that exceed "normal wear and tear".
  • IN NO EVENT SHALL COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND OR NATURE ALLEGED TO HAVE RESULTED FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY. COMPANY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE DUE TO AN ACT OF NATURE OR OF WAR. The Defective product will be either replaced or repaired at no cost, except that customer shall have the responsibility of returning the product to Company via prepaid shipping. The Company makes no warranty about the fitness of any product for any purpose. The warranty time period is one year from the time of purchase.

Upgrade Your Shield
- Move-up to a higher level stronger Shield. It may be that your Shield is simply not strong enough for your needs. You can upgrade within the first year as long as the Shield is in good condition. Please include a note that you are returning for credit, or exchange, whichever is the case. We will need a copy of the invoice, or the exact date you ordered it (so we can find your order in our records.) The Shield must be in good condition - no scratches or dents. We understand there may be some tarnish, that's not an issue, but if there are scratches or dents that we can't get out, we can't give you a refund.

Thinking about Returning Your Shield - Read this First, please!

The Shield is not a pain pill. It's a vibrational healing tool that will balance and protect your energy field. Changes are often subtle. It's not always obvious how the Shield is Shield helping you. If you have ever been to an acupuncturist, you know it can take time for healing to occur after your visit. The Shield balances your energy, and, like an acupuncture treatment, or a homeopathic remedy, often your body energy is being re-balanced by the Shield. You may not notice anything, or you might even feel worse. This is the moment when you email or call us. We can help you find the reason for this! Custom Shields are not returnable and do not have a 90-Day Unconditional Guarantee because they are custom designed and made for only your energy field. All customers are told this before they make this purchase.

Damaged Shields are not returnable - If your Shield has dents or scratches that are more than just surface scratches, your Shield may not be returned for credit. If you do return a Shield that has dents or scratches, it is our discretion to return it to you or to offer you a reduced refund price.

  • GENERAL GUIDELINES
    • Please do not return any products to us without prior authorization.
    • We will accept a return only if the item is in original condition: unopened, unused and returned within 30 days.
    • When returning a product, you are responsible for the shipping cost. There are no refunds on charges you paid to have items shipped to you. 
    • We are not responsible for loss or damage in transit back to us, thus we suggest pack your return with more padding that you think is necessary to avoid damage during shipping. If the items are damaged when we receive them, they are not eligible for a refund.
    • We advise you to insure and get tracking information on anything you return
    • If the product is not eligible for a refund, you are responsible for return shipping.
  • SHIELD REFUNDS:
    • It takes time for the Shield and your energy field to blend. For this reason, we ask that you keep your Shield for at least 9 weeks from the date of purchase.
    • Please include a note that you are returning for credit, or exchange, whichever is the case. If possible, please include a copy of the invoice or the exact date you ordered it (so we can find your order in our records.)
    • You may return the Shield within 90 days from your original purchase date. After the 9 weeks, we will refund 100% of your purchase price less any shipping costs
    • Any returns before the 9 week period will have a 10% refurbishing fee or $45, whichever is more, applied to the refund, less shipping if any.
    • The Shield must be in good condition - no scratches or dents. We understand there may be some tarnish, that's not an issue, but if there are scratches or dents that we can't get out, we can't give you a refund.
  • ALL OTHER PRODUCT RETURNS
    • Chains are not returnable if worn at all, nor are other items like Aulterra stickers as they are not sellable the minute you open the box. This includes the Satic products, Stetzer or Aulterra EMF Neutralizers. Please check with us first if you are thinking of returning anything other than a Shield.
    • We stand behind the products we sell and will work with you if there is an issue with the workmanship.
    • Each product manufacturer has their own warranty. Please contact us with details of the problem and we will advise how to proceed.

PACKING UP A RETURN for any product

  • A NOTE, PLEASE! Please include a note that you are returning for credit, or exchange, whichever is the case. We will need a copy of the invoice, or the exact date you ordered it (so we can find your order in our records.) If you take your package to a packaging store, please make sure your name and contact information are on the inside of your package.
  • SHIELD RETURN: Return the Shield in the original box including the instructions and cord. Ensure for your purchase price.
  • NON-SHIELD RETURNS: Send back products in a box with padding around each product item to protect it. Please ensure it for your purchase price. For example, if you rented a Stetzer meter, this must have bubble wrap around it. If you are returning filters, each filter must be bubble-wrapped.
  • HOW TO SHIP: USPS (Recommended) We highly recommend USPS Priority Mail (Shields fit nicely in the small flat-rate Priority Mail box)
    Order and print your label and insurance online www.usps.com. Naturally, you are welcome to use FedEx or UPS if this is your preference.
  • ALERT US YOU HAVE SENT US A PACKAGE: Please check the box to notify the sender and put in our email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. - this will send us the tracking info. Once you have the label printed apply it to the box and also tape the flap closed - their sticky surface doesn't always stay stuck.
    If using a printed label, you don't even have to stand in line at the post office, you can put it in an outgoing mailbox.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS - SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS

When shipping from outside of the USA please do not use courier services like DSL (they don't deliver to our area and will only delay your return). Preferred methods Priority Mail, UPS, FedEx.
Customs declarations
- clearly mark the package as a warranty return. If you do not do this and we are charged customs fees, you will be responsible for the fees.
