Shield Repairs

You can have your Shield repaired by one of our jewelers. The most common repair is the replacement of the top loop after many years of wear. IMPORTANT: Please let us know if your Shield was Satin (matte) or Polished (shiny) when you bought it.

Please, don't have someone else do this repair. Soldering can damage the crystals. Our jewelers know how to do the work without damaging, plus we polish and recharge your Shield to make sure it's at full efficiency.
