Conditioning Yourself for Peak Performance Yoga


As it was with the Shield, Dr. Brown had a series of waking dreams that revealed a set of yoga type movements. As a Board Certified Chiropractic Neurologist, he saw how they simulated the brain in a way that facilitated specific moods- love, acceptance, gratitude..and more.

These moves have many similarities to several yoga moves you would recognize if you already do some form of yoga. What is added to these are verbal statements that can literally condition your mood for spiritual "peak performance".

How is this done? Simply follow the video.

There are 14 postures and associated movements that you will pair with personal declarations. For example, you might say, "I bring FLEXIBILITY" to my body movements"....or "I am GRATEFUL for...". The repetition of these words and movements do condition your body/mind in ways you will be amazed to see in the coming weeks.
