Procedure for Sending Your Shield in for Recharging and Repolishing


Over the years, some people feel their Shield may not be performing at the same strength it was when they first received it. You can send your Shield back to our product facility in Montana. We will recharge it in our crystal room, repolish it and examine it to test insure it is working properly. At times, we may put a Shield back in to our charging room to increase it's power back to 100%. This will delay it's return to you by a few days.

  1. Please read over these instructions and THEN place your order. It will save you time!


  2. What style was your shield when you purchased it? Please select your Shield's orginal style -Satin or Polished Finish and then and then click the ADD TO CART symbol below. This will PLACE YOUR RECHARGE ORDER on our shopping cart.

  3. Once you place your order, go to cart check-out. As you fill in your information, you will be asked to choose a shipping method. You are purchasing your RETURN SHIPPING


  4. All Shields are insured when shipped.


  5. Please include a physical address for UPS return shipping, or a PO Box if you do not have a physical shipping address. We prefer using UPS because we can TRACK your shield if it doesn't arrive in a timely manner.


PACKING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Please pack your Shield is a very sturdy BOX with ample packing materials. As a socially responsible company, rather than using new packaging materials, we will return your Shield to you in the SAME box in which you sent it. Thus, a STURDY box is requested.


  2. PLEASE INSURE YOUR SHIELD WHEN YOU SHIP IT TO US: Occasionally Shields will get lost and unless you insure it, we can not be responsible for shields that do not arrive.

  4. Your Tracking Number: By email, you will receive a UPS tracking number or a USPS insurance number the day we ship your Shield back to you. If your package hasn't arrived and you want to track it, simply go to www.ups.com where you can track your package. It's easy and it's immediate. (This will be faster for you than contacting us.) Have checking with UPS, if there are delivery issues please EMAIL US and we will help you locate your package.
