How do I make money?

Approach #1: Direct Sales (Over the phone, in your office, etc.)

  • You deal directly with your customer. You make the sale and collect the money.
  • Customers order or purchase directly from you, then you order from us - we can ship to you, or drop ship to your customer.
  • You can sell the Shield in person; collect the money via credit card or a check.
  • Then you privately order the Shield from us by logging into your own account.
  • Important: once you log in, you will ONLY see the discounted prices. If you get 30% off, this will show on the screen. Therefore, be sure you do NOT do this in front of your client.

Benefits of Approach #1 Direct Sales

  • People already trust you - and you are serving them by introducing them to the Shield
  • You don't carry inventory unless you want to. We will drop ship to your customer (family member, patient, etc.)
  • If you have a few Shields for testing you can do a simple Applied Kineseology test to show them how effective the Shield works - both for EMF and stress

Approach #2 Direct Sales via your own Website

  • You can have your own website and have a shopping cart: If you address health and well-being anywhere on your site, the Shield is a natural addition to your site.

Approach #3 – The Pure Affiliate Approach - Your own Personalized Link to our Web site

  • If you don’t have a shopping cart, we will provide you with a personalized unique link to our website. You have your customers order direct from us using a web link.
  • You give the link to your friends, family, colleague - with a 10% discount coupon! (What's not to love about that....)
  • When they log in using that link, our shopping cart identifies them as your customer. We see this when we pick up the order online. We calculate your commission, less credit card processing fees.
  • You get paid after the 90-Day money back guarantee period is over.

Benefits of #3 Pure Affiliate Approach

  • This can be a passive way to earn money. You can use one of our banners via email to get them interested, and when they click on the banner, it goes to your special url, which shows up as our home page. (Your name will follow our www.bioelectricshield.com/?aid=your affiliate name - this way they know it's really you who referred them)
  • We have banners available to help you highlight the Shield Product Line.
  • You are giving a gift of 10% off anything on our website when you provide them with that coupon
  • You can do this in your website, your blog, or even FaceBook or Twitter accounts.

Commissions

Discount levels increase as you sell more Shields. The more you sell, the larger your discount.

Discounts on Shields and other products will increase on a cumulative basis as long as you place at least one order per year.

  • 1st Shield 10% Shields
  • 2-4 20% Shields
  • 5-9 30% Shields
  • 10 and up 40%

How does this discount work?

  • We will keep track of your orders and update your distributor account to automatically give you the correct discount level.
  • If at any time you are placing an order and the discount isn’t right, just call us and we’ll get it reset.
  • What if I’ve ordered 2 Shields previously, and am now ordering 3 more? Are two at 20% and one at 30%?
    • Yes – we will take the 2 least expensive Shields and discount them at 20%. Your more expensive Shield will be discounted at 30% off.
    • How this works: Go ahead and place your order online – you’ll get 20% off, then just make a comment in the “notes” section.
    • We’ll credit you for the difference by the following day and email you to let you know your account was credited.

Drop Shipments

We will drop ship to your customers or ship directly to you. After your opening order, you can order 1 at a time, which is ideal if you have a web site, or are a clinician, testing patients for the appropriate style.

How to start promoting your products?TOP

You can see the Getting Started section on the main page after you log-in. Generally, you should choose some banners and links, and place them onto your pages.

On the left menu – click on Promotion

You can download banners and text links and place them on your website. When your visitor clicks on a banner, he will be redirected our website and all purchases will be tracked back to you. If your visitor buys something, you will be rewarded with a commission.

You can use Social Networking to promote your link (Facebook, Twitter, etc) Share your experiences with the Shield and why you think someone would benefit from ordering?

Do you have a mailing list or newsletter? Tell people about the Shield and direct them to your unique link. Remember, you’re not selling – you are doing people a service by helping them find something that will make a difference in your life.

NOTE: We do not allow affiliates to use spam or stealware (more about stealware below) – anyone found doing so will be terminated immediately. Use your best judgment

Malware and stealware: Some affiliates have developed software that is installed on a users machine, usually as part of a freebie download. When a person clicks on an affiliate link, the true affiliate's id is replaced with the fraudster's.

How do I know I will be paid for my referral?TOP

The program is powered by Post Affiliate Pro, the leading affiliate tracking software. Post Affiliate Pro uses combination of cookies and IP address to track referrals for best possible reliability. When the visitor follows your affiliate link to our site, our affiliate system registers this referral and places cookie on his or her computer. When the visitor pays for the product, affiliate system checks for cookie (if not found, checks for IP address of referral) and credits your account with commission.
This process is absolutely automatic. All your referrals will be properly tracked.

If you’re using brochures, there is space on the back of the brochure for a return address label with your unique log-in http://www.bioelectricshield.com/your name.
Plus your customers can get a 10% DISCOUNT on any Shield they buy using a special discount CODE at check out (It will be your business name). This special link tells our shopping cart that the customer is YOUR customer.

What if someone logs in directly to your website instead of thru my link – how do you know I referred them? At checkout each person ordering is asked where they heard about the Shield, so we'll know by their answer and credit you accordingly.TOP

How do I know when an order has been placed?TOP

Our shopping cart will notify you of each order placed. Commissions vary depending on the product.

How and when will I be paid?TOP

You can choose to be paid by PayPal or check, the commissions are paid monthly on or near the 15th of the month, after the 90 day guarantee period has expired.

What is the affiliate link?TOP

Your affiliate link is a special URL where you should be sending the visitors. You will get the URL's for different banners in your affiliate panel. Your link will be http://www.bioelectricshield.com/YOUR NAME. This will automatically track all orders made through this link. You can also post a 10% coupon - so your referrals will get 10% off all Shield orders. (this discount applies only to Shields not other products) You need to have us set up this coupon code for you.

Can I promote you through pay-per-click search engines?TOP

YES! You can promote us through pay-per-click search engines. In fact, this type of promotion becomes increasingly popular and we are aware of several affiliates promoting our products in this way and making a very good profit. (Well, they keep promoting us month after month, which tells you something, doesn't it?)

What if I’m terrible at sales? TOP

I’m not a sales person. I don’t want people to feel like I’m trying to talk them into anything.

Good, we don’t want sales people. We are all about helping and sharing. Simply share your experiences and help people make the choice you’ve already made. That’s it. No selling involved. A personal recommendation is The best sales tool out there, and it can be as natural as saying “let me tell you about this great product I found”.

What if someone I referred becomes an affiliate?

You get 5% of all their referred sales – this is called 2nd tier commissions. We are not a multi-level-marketing company, so there are no 3rd and 4th tier commissions.

What do I tell people about the Shield?TOP

The most important thing you can do is share your experiences. You don’t have to be an expert and know all the answers. We have lots of information on our website, it would be a good idea to familiarize yourself with the home page, FAQs and maybe even some of the testimonials so you’ll have a broader idea of who can benefit from the Shield.
