- TRACKING YOUR ORDER: your order: You will be sent a UPS tracking number OR USPS INSURANCE RECEIPT # for your order.
To track your package, simply log onto www.ups.com. There is a clear link on their home page for tracking your package. If you have ordered priority mail, we will email you the insurance tracking number.

- RECHARGING YOUR SHIELD:You can recharge your Shield by hanging it outside for 6 hours on a monthly basis. (Bring it inside before the moon rises.) If you want to make sure it's working at maximum efficiency you can send it back to have it re-charged in our crystal room, and repolished. Recharging Fees and Address
