TRACKING YOUR ORDER
- When your order is sent, you will receive a tracking number either from FeDex or USPS.
- To track your package, simply log onto www.fedex.com or www.usps.com and use those numbers to track your package.
- THE TRACKING NUMBER IS SENT TO THE EMAIL YOU USE WHEN YOU ORDER ONLINE. If you don't see the email, it may have gone to a folder other than your inbox - do a search for USPS or FedEx to find it.

EXCHANGES OR RETURNS:
- Shield Return Guidelines: Please read this before you mail back a Shield. Our guarantee is based on you keeping your Shield at least 9 weeks to allow it to work with your body long enough for you to notice a difference.
- If you purchased our products from a distributor, you must contact the distributor for return instructions.
(Please contact us if you have any problems with the distributor - this hasn't happened yet, but if it does, we want to know and will help you resolve any issues)
- If you purchased from us directly, please include a copy of your invoice.
- Call or email us prior to sending your Shield back.
- We recommend shipping via Fedex or Priority Mail Insured. We can only refund you if the product gets back to us.
- Please make sure you have a tracking number for anything you ship back to us!
- Please insure your Shield for it's full value.
- Ship in box or padded envelope with sufficient protection to ensure safe arrival.
- Once we have received your order we'll process refund promptly using the same method you used to pay. If you paid by credit card, please include card# and expiration date as we don't keep this information on file.
- Please note: we process the credit immediately, but it may take 5-7 business days for it to show on your statement.

RECHARGES AND RETURNS
- You can recharge your Shield by hanging it outside for 6 hours or in a window that gets some daylight on a monthly basis. (Bring it inside before the moon rises.) Read more
- If you want to make sure it's working at maximum efficiency you can send it back to have it re-charged in our crystal room, and re-polished.

UPGRADE YOUR SHIELD(You like your current one, but want to get a stronger one.)
- You like your current one, but want to get a stronger one You can upgrade anytime in the first year as long as the shield is in good condition, no deep scratches or dents, tarnish is okay. This applies to customers who have purchased their Shield directly from us. If you have purchased it from another distributor, we do need to see your invoice or proof of what you paid to properly credit you on your new Shield.
- We give you full refund value, less a $35 fee.
- You can just go online and order your new shield, then when it arrives, return the old shield in the same box to the address on the return label. be sure to send insured for full value of Shield.
- Once we get your shield, we'll immediately credit your card or PayPal account. If your Shield is not in good enough condition to credit you your full amount (minus the $35 return fee), then we will immediately contact you. Read more about upgrading.
- We are not a 24 hour company. We normally are available during weekdays from 9-5. (With offices on both the East and West Coast)
