  • TRACKING YOUR ORDER: When your order is sent, you will receive a tracking number either from UPS or USPS. To track your package, simply log onto www.ups.com or www.usps.com and use those numbers to track your package. THE TRACKING NUMBER IS SENT TO THE EMAIL YOU USE WHEN YOU ORDER ONLINE. If you cannot locate your package,  email bioshieldshipping@gmail.com and we'll look it up and get back to you!

  • RECHARGING YOUR SHIELD:
    You can recharge your Shield by hanging it outside for 6 hours on a monthly basis. (Bring it inside before the moon rises.) Read more
    If you want to make sure it's working at maximum efficiency you can send it back to have it re-charged in our crystal room, and repolished. Recharging Fees and Address

  • RETURNS:
    • If you purchased our products from a distributor, you must return to the distributor.
      (Please contact us if you have any problems with the distributor - this hasn't happened yet, but if it does, we want to know and will help you resolve any issues)
    • If you purchased from us directly, please include a copy of your invoice.
    • Call or email us prior to sending your Shield back.
    • We recommend shipping via UPS.
    • Please insure your shield for it's full value.
    • Ship in box or padded envelope with sufficient protection to ensure safe arrival.
    • Once we have received your order we'll process refund promptly using the same method you used to pay.
