It is preferable to either mail it via UPS or USPS Mail. PLEASE INSURE YOUR SHIELD FOR THE CURRENT REPLACEMENT VALUE in case it is lost during shipping. If you are sending it via UPS (recommended), please note that Mr. Denning's address is a residential one.

IMPORTANT: What finish was your Shield when you purchased it? Satin (matte) of Polished (shiny).

Please, don't have someone else do this repair. Soldering can damage the crystals. Our jewelers know how to do the work without damaging, plus we polish and recharge your Shield to make sure it's at full efficiency.
