Shield Styles- What's the difference

What is the difference between the basic brass tab and the gold tab Shields? We talked about this in our last newsletter, and more complete information is available on our web site. As stress continues to rise, we encourage people to upgrade to include gold in their Shield. We do have white gold if you do not wear yellow gold. Another great option is to consider having a Shield individually customized.

Custom Shield Jewelry

We have a new line of Shield Jewelry, necklaces that are designed to be worn either with a focal piece or with the BioElectric Shield. Natural stones and colors work with your Shield to enhance your natural energies. Choose a necklace to compliment an outfit, or to bring out specific qualities. Here's a custom necklace that I created yesterday for a woman who has tiger-eye in her custom Shield. After talking with her awhile I began to create a simple design that fit her style and size. Initially the design had a gold filled spiral hook clasp to hold the Shield, but she likes things simpler and the final design has a simple silver clasp in front.

I had another call from a man who liked the idea, but thought the designs on our website were a touch to feminine for him. So I set to making my first every manly necklace. What fun. I love the creative process and to have a chance to design something new is always wonderful.

Joy Notes - Stand by Me

By now many of you may have seen the interview with Bill Moyers and Mark Johnson. He is the co-director of a remarkable documentary about the simple but transformative power of music: PLAYING FOR CHANGE: PEACE THROUGH MUSIC. How to Recharge Your Shield every month!

The first weekend of the month is coming up, so it's a great time to hang your Shield in natural light either in a window, or preferably, outside. (More info) We usually just keep it on the cord or chain, and loop it over a lawn chair. This allows it to hang freely and absorb the energy from the sun.

It DOES NOT NEED TO BE A SUNNY DAY for you to recharge your Shield. It's not the light that the shield needs; it's the energy vibration from the sun that recharges the crystals. However, bright sunlight does make it charge faster. So, if it's sunny, leave it out for 3 continuous hours; if cloudy, for 6 continuous hours. If you are hanging it in a window that blocks certain parts of the light spectrum, leave it for 8 hours.

DO NOT LEAVE YOUR SHIELD OUT IN THE MOONLIGHT! The moon is reflected energy from the sun, thus it pulls energy away from your Shield. If you ever forget, hang your Shield out for twice as many hours as it was left in the moonlight. To insure it is functioning at 100%, you can send it in for recharging and repolishing. Our consultant examines each Shield that is sent in to make sure it has received a full charge from our crystal room.

Suggestion for worry free recharging: Recharge your Shield during the New Moon (dark) phase. That way if you do forget and leave it out overnight, there's no harm done, as there is no moonlight shining on it to drain it.
