When your order is sent, you will receive a tracking number either from UPS or USPS (this will be the insurance #, but it is what is used for tracking your order.
To track your package, simply log onto www.ups.com. or www.usps.com and use those numbers to track your package. THE TRACKING NUMBER IS SENT TO THE EMAIL YOU USE WHEN YOU ORDER ONLINE.

- RECHARGING YOUR SHIELD:You can recharge your Shield by hanging it outside for 6 hours on a monthly basis. (Bring it inside before the moon rises.) If you want to make sure it's working at maximum efficiency you can send it back to have it re-charged in our crystal room, and repolished. Recharging Fees and Address

- RETURNS: If you purchased our products from a distributor, you must return them to the
distributor.
If you purchased them from us directly, please include a copy of your invoice. Please call or email us prior to sending your Shield back.
We recomment that you send your Shield back to us via UPS. If you use the postal system, please insure your shield for it's full value.
