- We are not responsible for the fees, VAT, taxes, etc charged by your customs. We do our best to reduce these costs for you, but ultimately it's up to your country's policies and customs agents.

- You can upgrade anytime in the first year as long as the shield is in good condition, no deep scratches or dents, tarnish is okay.
We give you full refund value, less a $35. charge for recharging and re-polishing. - You can just go online and order your new shield, then when it arrives, return the old shield in the same box to the address on the return label. Be sure to send insured for full value of Shield.
- Once we get your Shield, we'll immediately credit your card or PayPal account.
- the other option is that you call us and we'll do an invoice for the new Shield, less the credit and charge your credit card. You then mail the Shield back, and we'll send out your new shield.
