- We have applied the average continental USA shipping fee and subtracted typical international shipping rates. Please note that rates vary greatly depending on your distance from a large city.
- We are not responsible for the fees, VAT, taxes, etc charged by your customs. We do our best to reduce these costs for you, but ultimately it's up to your country's policies and customs agents.

- We have a 90 day money back guarantee, and we certainly will honor it, but before you return your Shield, please call or email and we’ll be more than happy to work with you to determine if is something we can do to help you achieve the results you were hoping for when you ordered your Shield.
- You can upgrade anytime in the first year as long as the shield is in good condition, no deep scratches or dents, tarnish is okay.
We give you full refund value, less a $35. charge for recharging and re-polishing. - You can just go online and order your new shield, then when it arrives, return the old shield in the same box to the address on the return label. Be sure to send insured for full value of Shield.
- Once we get your Shield, we'll immediately credit your card or PayPal account.
- the other option is that you call us and we'll do an invoice for the new Shield, less the credit and charge your credit card. You then mail the Shield back, and we'll send out your new shield.
