  • We have applied the average USA shipping fee and subtracted this from typical international shipping rates.
  • We are not responsible for the fees, VAT, taxes, etc charged by your customs. We do our best to reduce these costs for you, but ultimately it's up to your country's policies and customs agents.

  • TRACKING YOUR ORDER: When your order is sent, you will receive a tracking number either from UPS or USPS (unless your items is less than $100 and is shipped first class instead of priority -eg. we use first class to ship polishing kits and other small items). To track your package, simply log onto www.ups.com or www.usps.com and use those numbers to track your package. THE TRACKING NUMBER IS SENT TO THE EMAIL YOU USE WHEN YOU ORDER ONLINE. If you cannot locate your package, email bioshieldshipping@gmail.com and we'll look it up and get back to you!

  • UPGRADE YOUR SHIELD (You like your current one, but want to get a stronger one.)
    • You can upgrade anytime in the first year as long as the shield is in good condition, no deep scratches or dents, tarnish is okay.
      We give you full refund value, less a $35. charge for recharging and repolishing.
    • You can just go online and order your new shield, then when it arrives, return the old shield in the same box to the address on the return label. Be sure to send insured for full value of Shield.
    • Once we get your Shield, we'll immediately credit your card or PayPal account.
    • the other option is that you call us and we'll do an invoice for the new Shield, less the credit and charge your credit card. You then mail the Shield back, and we'll send out your new shield.

  • RECHARGES AND RETURNS
    • You can recharge your Shield by hanging it outside or in a window that gets daylight for 6 hours on a monthly basis. (Bring it inside before the moon rises.) Read more
