Did you know, you can "Trade-Up" and get a Stronger Shield?

Anytime within a year from purchase, you can return your original Shield and Trade-up to a higher level Shield.

Why would I want to Trade-up?

• You may have purchased what you could afford, knowing you would eventually want a stronger Shield.
• You may have been skeptical and not wanted to spend money on a higher level until you found out if the Shield worked. After wearing it for a while, you know it works and are ready to invest in yourself and your well-being
• The Shield you got may not be the right one for you and/or you simply feel that you need a little more (protection, balancing....) See below for photo analysis information

• If you want to use your current Shield as a room shield or give it to someone else, please follow the instructions for how to Clear a Shield

How to Trade-Up

• The Shield needs to be in good condition - no dents or scratches that cannot be buffed out, or other signs of excessive wear.
• You order your new Shield.
• When you get your new Shield return your original Shield directly to us.
• We will then credit you your original purchase price less a $35 recharge/repolishing fee. (please give us the original purchase price and order number to help us find that info)
• The other option is that you call us and we'll do an invoice for the new Shield, less the credit and charge your credit card. You then mail the Shield back, and we'll send out your new shield.

What if I’ve had my Shield for over a year? You can't send it in for credit, but you can send it in to get it recharged and repolished and then sell it, or gift it to someone else. You can also clear the energy by hanging the Shield in a window for 6 days. Read more for more details on how to recharge in the sunlight.

What if I ordered through a distributor: Contact your distributor and they can arrange the trade-in for you. If they are unable to help, contact us and give their name and your date of purchase and we'll take it from there.

Free Photo Analysis - you can send us a photo and we'll tell you which level Shield will work best for you (this is a free service we provide)

Do you have specific health, emotional or energy issues, or you just aren't sure which Shield to buy. This is a great way to help you make the right decision.

• If you aren't sure or have some specific physical or emotional issues that need to be addressed you send in a photo for analysis. This is a free service we offer all our customers.
• You do need to follow the instructions for taking the photo and answer the questions on this form.
• Once we get your photo, we will get back to you usually on the following Wednesday. We talk to our consultant just once a week.

We’ll let you know which Shield is best for you, or inform you if a Customized Shield is going to give you the best protection and balancing.

Procedure for Clearing A Shield

1. If you want to give your Shield to someone else, it must be cleared of your personal energy.
2. Hang your Shield in natural light, preferably outside, but in a window is acceptable, for 6 days in a row.
3. Please make sure you take it inside every night!
4. At the end of this time, your energy has been cleared, and the Shield is back to the earth resonance frequency that any new shield has when you receive it from us.

Send to Montana to be Fully Recharged and Repolished

What we will do for you: Your Shield will be recharged and then examined to make sure it is operating properly. It will then be polished to as close as possible to the original finish.
