We know we're all in this "same boat" together, and our part is to offer you a great solution to energy toxicity. Dr. Brown and I treated patients for more than 30 years before we redirected our efforts to helping others via the BioElectric Shield.
We have serveral reasons for offering a 90 day money back guarantee on all Shields that are returned to us in good condition.
The first reason is that when someone does not have a great experience with a Shield, it's very likely that they either have the wrong level Shield, or their energy field is different enough (more sensitive) than the "norm". If you fall into this category, it's very easy and free to find out why your experience is less than ideal.

Before you return your Shield, please call or email us. We will be more than happy to work with you to determine if is something we can do to help you achieve the result you were hoping for when you ordered your Shield!
Secondly, we don't want you to worry about spending money on a product that you don't really know much about, and then getting "stuck" with something that doesn't work for you. Ironically, very few people ever return a Shield once they get one, but this way you don't have to worry about giving the Shield a try.
It is rare for a Shield to be returned. It is possible that you need a stronger/higher level Shield than the one you originally purchased. This is especially true if you started off with a Level 1 Shield, most of us are more sensitive to energy than we think. You can send you photo in for photo analysis or talk to us about your Shield needs. If you don't feel the Shield is working for you , give us a call at 541-201-8878 or send us an email and maybe we can problem solve the issue with you.
*Custom Shields do not have a 90-Day Unconditional Guarantee because they are made for only one person's energy field.
Workmanship Warranty: We will repair or replace a Shield within the first year if there is an issue with workmanship. This means if there is an issue with a tab or side seam we will repair your Shield for free or replace it with a new one.
Some Workmanship issues should be immediately visible when you receive your Shield. (this happens very rarely, but we're not perfect yet) If you receive a Shield that has a scratch or firescale (shows up usually at seams as something dark), or other quality we will replace it. This type of issue needs to be reported on receipt.
We do not warranty the Shield if it has been damaged by use of force. We will repair it if it can be repaired and returned to 100% power, but you will be responsible for the cost. Examples include a Shield with dents, teeth marks, been run over, or issues with bent tabs that were pulled off through extreme force or any other damage caused by situations that exceed "normal wear and tear".

If you are not quite happy with your Shield - possibly thinking of returning the Shield, there are a couple things we'd like to suggest first.
You purchased the Shield to solve a problem or worry. We won't try to change your mind, but there are some things to try and consider before giving up on it.
1. Take the Shield off for a few days, before returning it.
- Many people don't really notice what the Shield is doing for them. We all know when we're not feeling well, but often don't notice subtle changes for the better. Take the Shield off for a few days and see if you notice a difference.
- Pay attention to little things - here are just a few
- Are you suddenly more tired?
- Do you find it's harder to focus?
- Are you having trouble sleeping?
- Has that pain in your neck, back, head, etc returned?
- Is your body more tense?
- Are you feeling more emotional? More stressed?
- Did you find that altercations or interactions with a challenging person were more difficult again?
- These are just a few things that people have been surprised to notice after taking the Shield off. Check out what other Shield wearer's have experienced.
- I can't tell you how many times someone has been sure the Shield wasn't working for them, returned it, and before we even got it, they were on the phone asking us to send it back. That's why we suggest giving yourself a few days without it.
2. Send us a photo of yourself. It may be that you don't have the right level of protection or that circumstances have changed.
- Changing to a Shield that's right for you can make a world of difference.
- You may have some specific health or energy challenges that would benefit from a Customized Shield.
- With a photo our consultant can determine which Shield is best for you. Please take a few minutes to detail your energy concerns, what you wanted from the Shield, and what you feel isn't working. That will help us more closely align a Shield for your needs. Photo Instructions
Returning your Shield
- Return the Shield with it's original box and instructions. Chains are not returnable.
- Send it in a box with padding around it to protect it, and insure it for it's full value.
- Please include a note that you are returning for credit, or exchange, whichever is the case.
- If you paid by credit card please include your credit card number and expiration date, we don't keep those on file.
- If you don't feel the Shield is the right product for you, return it within 90 days and we will refund your purchase price in full. (shipping charges are not refundable.)
- The Shield must be in good condition - no scratches or dents. We understand there may be some tarnish, that's not an issue, but if there are scratches or dents that we can't get out, we can't give you a refund.
